With SIGNO-TEC labelling technology 'made in Germany' all kinds of metal can be labelled in dark or light print. Also SIGNO-TEC offers the complete service like custom made stencils including artwork and all necessary materials of consumption for metal labelling.
The SIGNO-TEC Metal labelling Machine is made for metal etching only such as steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminium, brass, zinc or chromed surfaces and therefore works with the right voltage. The labelling is achieved by electro chemical etching and as a result you get an anthracite colour permanent 'print'. No other process allows such quick, economic and easy etching of hard metal without influencing the structure of the material. It is mainly geared for low volume labelling of metal products.
The time and effort greatly depends on the size and the amount of black content of the print. Thanks to the built in timer function a print of e.g. 20x30 mm is made in seconds.
To be able to label metal an etching template is necessary. SIGNO-TEC only provides long-term etching templates with a lifetime of hundrets of 'prints'. Templates are produced in a standard size up to 300x200 mm.
